He’s become a valued part of the team, providing weekly on-site guidance on HR matters, supporting recruitment and playing a role in the company’s continued growth.

With a background in business management and a Master’s degree from the University of Hull, Charlie began his HR career after spending time travelling and he’s never looked back.

Outside of work, Charlie is a keen traveller, an enthusiastic cricketer and a loyal Bradford City supporter… for better or worse.
