Before joining 3D 360, she worked alongside Director Lee at his previous business, CAL, forming a trusted professional partnership that continues to this day.

She enjoys the flexibility of remote working but equally values time spent in the office catching up with the team face to face. Beyond her role at 3D 360, Val has been Treasurer of the South Lancs MNDA branch since 2012 and is actively involved in their charity work where she first met director, Paul.

Also, a dedicated Rotarian, she first met Lee when he served as President of a local branch.

Outside of work, Val loves nothing more than spending quality time with her family and grandchildren, and heading out for walks with her two lively cockapoos.
