He brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the training room, drawing from both his professional background and personal enthusiasm for the hobby.

Before joining 3D 360, Tom worked in online retail within the miniatures gaming industry, eventually becoming Head of Customer Service at a well-known company. He later took the leap to start his own business, turning a long-standing interest in painting into a full-time career. 

What began as a way to complement his painting services soon evolved into a business built around 3D printing, producing bespoke display and collection pieces for clients.

Outside of work, Tom spends time with his daughter, hits the gym, enjoys walking and paints miniatures for tabletop wargaming. When time allows, he also loves playing games like Warhammer. Resin and SLA printing have opened up a world of creative and commercial opportunities, something he’s excited to share with learners on the course.
