She brings a big personality, plenty of energy and strong organisational skills to the team. Whether she’s making calls to prospective learners, attending events or helping learners navigate their progression routes, Tamzin is always happy to get stuck in and make sure things stay on track. It’s that balance between the organisational side of her role and the day-to-day interaction with people that she loves most.

Outside of work, one of Tamzin’s biggest passions is Rugby League. She plays for Salford Red Devils Women’s team, where she has been a member for five years and captain for the last three. The leadership and teamwork skills she has developed on the pitch feed directly into how she works, and she’s a firm believer that being part of a team, and having the opportunity to lead others, is something that translates well beyond the touchline.

Tamzin is also keen to get involved with social value initiatives, whether supporting events within the business or helping to organise them herself.

Tamzin was a cheerleader for 12 years and, despite being a little older and wiser these days, can still do the worm. Whether that counts as a workplace skill is up for debate, but it certainly makes for a brilliant icebreaker.
