With a strong background in the charity sector, office management and education, Jo-Anne brings a valuable combination of organisational know-how and teaching experience to the role. She has previously worked as a business lecturer and office manager, roles that have shaped her practical, people-focused approach.

Outside of work, Jo-Anne makes the most of life in Cumbria – walking her dog Albus through the fells, swimming in the Lakes or tucking into a well-earned pizza.
