Erin from 3D 360

Erin works across admin, IAG and social value at 3D360, covering a broad and varied remit that includes onboardings, milestones, case studies, nuclear milestones and claims. It’s a role that requires someone who can keep a lot of plates spinning whilst still taking the time to engage properly with the people behind the paperwork, and Erin does both well.

The path here was anything but conventional. After completing a degree in History, Erin spent four years working in the restaurant industry, an environment that demands exactly the kind of communication, people skills and composure under pressure that now translate so naturally into supporting learners and colleagues alike. The move into the training sector has opened up a new set of challenges and Erin has embraced them, building skills and experience in a field that feels both purposeful and genuinely rewarding.

What Erin enjoys most is getting to know the learners and being part of their journey through their course. There’s also a real enthusiasm for continuing to develop personally, which makes the training sector a good fit. The teamwork and organisational skills Erin brings are complemented by a warmth and approachability that makes it easy for learners to ask for help when they need it.

Away from work, Erin is a reader, a LEGO enthusiast and a Liverpool FC supporter. Music is a serious interest too, and one that runs deep: Erin has played both classical guitar and piano since the age of 10, which adds a different dimension to being a music fan and gives more than a passing familiarity with what it takes to develop a skill over time.
