He began his career as a professional rugby player before moving into retail banking, later establishing himself as a project and programme management leader in the nuclear sector. He is also the founder of Get Into Nuclear, an initiative designed to attract new talent into the industry.

In 2025 Andrew joined 3D 360 as a trainer, sharing his expertise in project management alongside his role as Senior Programme Manager at Babcock International. His experience includes senior positions at Ansaldo Nuclear, Nuvia and Sellafield, delivering complex programmes from early studies through to commissioning and handover, with values ranging from £50k to over £100m.

A graduate in Business Information Systems from the University of Salford and an APM-accredited Project Manager, Andrew is skilled in scope and stakeholder management, risk management and team leadership. With a background that combines sport, finance and engineering, he brings a strong record of delivery under pressure and clear communication with senior stakeholders.
